Each of us can capture those feelings in our own way, at our own intensity level and on our own time. Some people need a little extra encouragement on their journey. We aim to be that encouragement.
The point is, you don’t have to be a high-level athlete, you don’t even need to be an “athlete”, all you have to do is find your own way to move. Not sure if you are able run a marathon?
