Age is just a number right? In this free virtual challenge, that number is your goal.
Many people run or bike their age on their birthdays as a way to stay active each escalating year. We are making this concept more accessible to the masses in our next FREE virtual challenge.
We don't care if you are 5 or 95, have fun with creating your own age related goal and accomplishing it between May 27 and June 5, 2022.

The Challenge
Break out your calculator to come up with that goal that will force you to proudly #MoveYourAge. Make your goal achievable, but don't be afraid to push yourself. It's amazing what we are capable of doing at any age!
A few examples for a 40 year old to get your creative juices flowing (generally listed hardest to easiest)
Run, Bike or Hike 40 miles
Climb 40 routes at your local climbing gym
Run, Bike or Hike 40K (24.9 miles)
Swim 40 laps in a pool (1.2 miles ... Half Ironman Swim distance)
Do 40 push ups a day throughout the challenge
Run, Bike, Walk 40 laps around a track (10 miles)
At the very least, complete any activity (walk, hike, yoga, strength train, etc.) for 40mins
Although it is tempting, please do not attempt drink 40 Sierra Nevada beers

The Rules
- Complete your challenge anytime between Friday 5/27/22 and Sunday 6/5/22
- Submit your activity in one of two ways
- Post about your accomplishment on Instagram (tag @HumanPoweredMovement, and use #MoveYourAge so we can see it)
- Email your accomplishment to [email protected]
- Any form of human powered movement is acceptable ... run, bike, walk, run, swim, ski, treadmill, etc. … simply #MoveYourAge
- Participants assume all risk at all times without exception
The Prizes
This challenge is oozing with personal pride and a sense of accomplishment! We are also sweetening the pot for your age related accomplishment!
All participants are in the running for prizes from Summit Coffee, Sierra Nevada, Recover Brands and of course Human Powered Movement by collecting additional raffle entries outlined below.

- 2 entries = Follow/Join the Human Powered Movement Instagram HERE and Strava Club HERE. (current members will receive raffle entries as well)
- 5 entries = Post about the challenge on Instagram (tag @HumanPoweredMovement, and use #MoveYourAge so we can see it)
- 10 entries = Accomplish your goal and submit your activity to us (see submission options above)
- Multiple goal submissions are acceptable and count towards extra raffle entries
