Elevation challenges are great opportunities to change up the typical track workout and get vertical.
Over the course of October, we are challenging you to find your own virtual summit just like our friends at Summit Coffee have been promoting for years.

The Challenge
Choose a goal summit that you want to virtually climb with any variety of human powered effort over the course of this 31 day challenge . Get your lungs and legs ready ... We'll see you at the top.
The Rules
- Participants must select one of three summits (above) as their goal via registration
- Participants must have Strava and register through Charlotte Athlete (linked above) to auto-calculate your elevation progression
- Participants can accumulate elevation anytime between 10/1/22 through 10/31/22
- Any form of human powered movement is acceptable ... bike, run, hike, walk, crawl, etc.
- There are no limits (min or max) to the number of activities or sports that you can use to reach your summit
- Calculation is based on elevation GAIN and not elevation CHANGE
- Participants assume all risk at all times without exception
The Prizes
Like all of our virtual challenges, the goal is to encourage and inspire greater human movement in you. The biggest takeaway is a feeling of personal accomplishment and pride.
Regardless of your total elevation gain, we'll toss raffle prizes out to those that support us and help spread the word of our efforts as we continue to facilitate greater human powered experiences in all of us.

Collect raffle entries and increase your chances of winning:
- 2 entries = Join the Human Powered Movement Strava Club HERE.
- 3 entries = Repost one of our Instagram posts/stories leading up to the challenge. (tag @HumanPoweredMovement , @SummitCoffee, and use #FindYourSummit so we can see it)
- 5 entries = Post about the challenge on Instagram during the challenge (tag @HumanPoweredMovement, @SummitCoffee, and use #FindYourSummit so we can see it)
- 10 entries = Accomplish the goal that you set during registration. Don't sand bag it ... push yourself!
