Bikepacking has exploded in popularity over the last few years, but what exactly is it?
In this session, we'll go over everything you need to know ...simply filling up your backpack for a quick ride to your local park all the way up to weeklong self-supported trips in the backcountry.

Clinic is lead by HPM Founder, Adam Bratton and friend of HPM, Samuel Martin who completed the Tour Divide in 2021 (and 2023?)

In simple terms, Adventure Racing (AR) is basically a scavenger hunt like the good ol days! The goal is to find various checkpoints as fast as possible. Since there is no set route to follow, and no required number of checkpoints to collect, participants can make it as competitive or causal as they want.

Clinic is lead by HPM Founder, & Race Director for the South Fork Sampler Adventure Race (April), Adam Bratton

What is the difference between a yellow road sign and a white road sign? How do I know who has the right-a-way? Can you get a DUI while on a bike? We will answer these questions and more during this important session for cyclists AND drivers alike!

Clinic is lead by Ann Groniger of Bike Law (North Carolina and Utah) & moderated by HPM Founder, Adam Bratton

Last Runner Standing races are sweeping the running industry but what exactly are they?

How does it work? How far or long do I have to run? What is a good strategy? Can I use this as a training run for an upcoming race?
We'll break down this style of event, share first hand perspective and open it up to more Q&A during this intro session.

Clinic is lead by HPM Founder, & Race Director for the Psychoactive Last Runner Standing Event (Sept), Adam Bratton
