Bikepacking has exploded in popularity over the last few years, but what exactly is it? In this session, we'll go over everything you need to know ...simply filling up your backpack for a quick ride to your local park all the way up to weeklong self-supported trips in the backcountry. Are bike laws the same across all states? Does my car insurance policies cover bicycle incidents? How do I know who has the right-of-way? What are some best practices while on the road? We will answer these questions and more during this important session for cyclists AND drivers alike! Clinic is lead by Ann Groninger of Bike Law (North Carolina and Utah) & moderated by HPM Founder, Adam Bratton July 20 - Different Boats for Different Folks w Catawba Riverkeeper

Last Runner Standing races are sweeping the running industry but what exactly are they? How does it work? How far or long do I have to run? What is a good strategy?
