Adventure Club - Javelina Jundred 100 - 2024
Rachel Doxey is an avid trail runner who loves the spirit of ultras and is a firm believer in the FAFO mentality (google it) which is exactly how she approached her second 100miler of the year at this year's Javelina Jundred.
Alongside a group of fellow Charlotteans, Rachel celebrated “The Burning Man of Ultras” in the Arizona desert by finishing 8th Female, and 29th Overall. She proudly carried the HPM Adventure Flag and was obviously dressed as Charli XCX to close out this year’s Brat Summer in Halloween costume fashion.
With another buckle under her belt, she can say it was one of her favorites, sharing an aid tent with her friends, toeing the line and battling with elite trail runners gunning for Western States entry at this Hoka Golden Ticket Race. Rachel highly suggests Javelina Jundred, and feels the HPM flag and all that it represents fit right in at this giant celebration of running and community!
